On Wednesday the #OrangevilleLions presented a cheque for $1,000 from general revenues from the #HomeandGardenShow to the #DufferinPiecemakersQuiltingGuild (DPQG). The money is a seed fund for quilting projects to be given to diverse Dufferin associations such as Choices, FTP, Hospice & families who may have lost their belongings due to a fire.![]()

DPQG also donates pillowcases to a program called Comfy Cases which distributes pillowcases to children in hospitals for extended stays due to severe illness or accidents, and placemats to the Meals and Wheels program at Christmas.![]()
